My name is Phil Stevens, I was sent here for antibiotics that I needed for 33 days after I was in the hospital for a few weeks because of a bone infection in my foot. I am a 51 year old man and thought it was the end of the world to go to a home at my age even though my dad was years years earlier. I had my bad feelings about the place those first few days. But a week went by and started to get into the grove on how everything worked. The helpers and the day and night time nurses are so nice and caring. My wound care nurse Maria G. Helped me with my feet getting better and both wounds on both feet closed by the time I left. The day time nurse Maria and night time nurse Katie stayed on top of med scheduling and antibiotics intake. But all the helpers are the glue of the place. They help you with all your needs that they can do for you. It was like having family take care of you there. I seen a lot of sad faces being there but perk up with the helpers. Everyone has there favorite person at the facility but I think I had a lot of favorites who became my dearest friends I won’t forget. Like I said I thought I was too young to be there, but it was I needed to get well. Cause my doctor from memorial made me go and I am glad I did. Best 33 day vacation for me. Thank you all for taking care of this old 51 year old man.
My 98 year old mother spent a month in Linden Post Acute after being hospitalized. The staff was friendly and very capable. They always treated my mother respectfully. They were well organized in taking care of her belongings. I didn’t look forward to driving from Yakima every day, but I now am grateful she was sent here. She is much better now than when she got there. Thank you
I feel and have deep respect for those who chose a career to assist dear people that are hurting. My buddy is there now and I got a peek at the love you shared with him. May God grant each of you the strength your demanding profession requires.
My wife is here. She’s recovering from a leg amputation and wound care.. I’ve learned that my wife will never be able to come home 🏡😔😞😡🤬
My husband went to this rehab after being in Memorial Hospital for chf. He didn’t want to go because of stories he’d heard about nursing homes, but the family convinced him. The staff was wonderful, caring, efficient, friendly, and careful with his things and his medical care. They were kind and attentive, from meals to bathroom needs to medication to conversation and therapy and exercises. I saw an immediate change in his attitude about being there and doing his best to get better. If anyone needs personal care and therapy for a loved one in the Yakima Valley area, we whole heartedly recommend this facility.
Everyone seems really nice and my friend says she is treated well My only problem is when I try to call and am put on hold forever it seems. Many times I have hung up after waiting too long
